We consider the protection of personal data to be an important and necessary part of our systems and processes. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter also “GDPR”) and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data data) we present the following statement.

The purpose of personal data processing

Offering business and services based on the consent of the data subject pursuant to No. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR.

List of personal data

The following personal data may be processed with your consent for the purpose of offering business and services, or for the purpose of sending news:

  • Name and surname
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

The provision of personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement necessary for the conclusion of a contract. Personal data is provided entirely voluntarily based on consent and you can withdraw this consent at any time.

During the processing of personal data, there is no profiling based on automated processing. However, the processing can be manual, or automated.

Your personal data is not sent outside the EU.

Duration of storage of your personal data

We retain your personal data for a period of 80 years, unless otherwise stated in the consent form below.

Other processors of personal data

To ensure the processing of personal data, the administrator can also use its processors with whom it has concluded a processing contract. Currently, the Administrator can use processors:

SOURCES OF OBTAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION

The administrator obtains personal data through e-mail communication, newsletter. Personal data can also be obtained outside of the above-mentioned sources, primarily through the business activity of the Administrator’s employees. Personal data is always obtained only with the consent of the data subject.

Processing of personal data provided in the “Newsletter subscription” form

By submitting the “News” form, you have expressed your consent to the fact that our company can contact you and inform you about our products and services, or other events at the Administrator via email messages. You have given this consent for a period of 80 years and you can revoke it at any time. You can easily withdraw your consent by clicking on the “Unsubscribe Newsletter” hyperlink at the end of each newsletter email.

The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

At any time, you can revoke the previously granted consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of offering business and services. The appeal can be made or by e-mail or in writing at the contact address of the Administrator.

Revocation of consent does not affect the right to process your personal data prior to its revocation.

The right to request information and access to the processing of personal data

You can request information on whether your personal data is being processed. You can request information and access to the processing of your personal data, or by e-mail or in writing to the Administrator’s contact address.

Right to erasure

You can request the erasure of your personal data, when it is our duty to do so without unnecessary delay. However, we can refuse you the right to erasure according to legal reasons, either in the case when we need personal data to fulfill the contract, or we are obliged to retain them by legal obligations or the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

You can request the deletion of your personal data or by e-mail or in writing at the contact address of the Administrator.

The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data

You can request a repair or adding your personal data to the Administrator by e-mail or in writing to the Administrator’s contact address.

Right to restriction of processing

You can ask the Administrator to stop processing personal data by e-mail or in writing to the Administrator’s contact address.

Right to data portability

You can request your personal data in the format required for further automated processing. You can request a file with your personal data by e-mail or in writing at the contact address of the Administrator.
