About Impexta
The history of the IMPEXTA group of companies dates back to 1993 and the Canadian city of Toronto. Since 1995, IMPEXTA Group companies have been operating in several locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is one of the largest importers and dealers of scooters for the Czech Republic and Slovakia market. For more than twenty-five years, it has been involved in the distribution and sale of vehicles originating from the American continent, including the distribution of spare parts, service, installation of accessories and a variety of other activities related to automobiles and motorcycles.

History
1993
How it all started.
The first thoughts of starting a company importing goods from the American continent. The same year the first spare parts were imported and sold.
1993
Family
Father and sons decided to start a company and open our first branch for selling vehicles from the American continent in the Czech Republic.
1994
First imported and sold vehicle
As the company grew, it imported its first vehicle, a 1989 Ford Probe, to the European market, specifically from Canada.
1997
Moving to Canada
In order to expand and find new opportunities for importing, gaining new experience and expanding the family business, part of the family moved directly to Canada permanently.
1999
Expansion to Slovakia and import of the first scooters
Establishment of IMPEXTA in Slovakia and the related expansion into the Slovak market.
2000
Expanding Impexta’s portfolio and scope to include scooter sales
This year, for the first time, Impexta imported and started selling scooters, providing related spare parts sales and building a service and sales network.
2006
Start of cooperation with Longjia
A great success at that time was the beginning of the cooperation with the Longjia brand. Within the framework of the cooperation, the import and sale of Longjia scooters in the Czech Republic and Slovakia began.
2009
Establishment of the Motorro brand
As part of the expansion of the product portfolio, the Motorro brand was established and started to be built both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Expansion of the partner network and sales to other countries.
2020
Becoming a Dodge and RAM Authorized Dealer and Service
Years of effort have paid off and we have achieved Authorized Partner status for the Dodge & RAM brands, currently part of the Stellantis Group.
2021
Expanding your scope and experience
As part of the expansion of the product portfolio, the Motorro brand was established and started to be built both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Expansion of the partner network and sales to other countries.
2022
A look into the future
The direction seems to be clear and Impexta is not lagging behind. We are gaining experience in importing electric vehicles, whether from Asia or the American continent.
